May 1991, Mike buys a little hole in the wall at the Petaluma Livestock Auction Yard.  Mike started flipping Burgers.   Mike uses Harris Ranch beef, ground fresh daily at Batemon's Meats.Teaming up with Batemon's Meats which proudly sells Harris Ranch Beef, Mike produced a burger worthy of serving at a livestock sales yard. Seven years in development, Mike has chosen to expand and bring his burgers to Cotati
