May 1991, Mike buys a little hole in the wall at the Petaluma Livestock Auction Yard.  Mike started flipping Burgers.   Teaming up with Batemon's Meats which proudly sells Harris Ranch Beef, Mike produced a burger worthy of serving at a livestock sales yard. Seven years in development, Mike has chosen to expand and bring his burgers to Cotati!
